Adult Membership -  $255.       Racing Membership + General Membership -  $330.     Youth (26 yrs. & under) - $75.

For New Members, just joining there is a 1-time fee of $30. upon initial Membership paying.

  • If you are new to outrigger paddling, a beginner, below is the HROCC Beginning Paddler Program. 

New Paddler 3 Step Process - Email admin@hoodriveroutrigger.com to get started

Step 1 -Sign your Waiver, pull down the HOME Tab, scroll to Quick Links. - select Waiver. Then on same HOME tab, complete the Earn Your Whistle handout. There is important information about our Club and basic paddling information in this handout. Send this to Member At Large, address on handout.

Step 1 should be completed to proceed to……

Step 2 -In the "In the Canoe Training", you will learn the basics and technique of paddling, importance of teamwork and canoe safety in the water in an outrigger canoe. Paddling Sessions available are Friday Morning 8AM, 2nd & 4th Friday Afternoon 5:30PM and Sunday Morning at 8:30AM. It is very important to let the Member At Large know your selection a few days before the session requested..

Then you will be able to go to..... 

Step 3 - You be able to become a Member which allows you to sign yourself up on our scheduling platform Team Cowboy. You will then spend up to 2-3 sessions with a Member Mentor and be ready to sign up and paddle in the river at any paddle sessions.

Membership is renewed every year March 12. Paddling season usually starts in April and ends in October. There is no prorating.
