Beginning Tuesday, March 6th and Every Tuesday & Thursday evening at 7:00 pm for the entire month of March.
Cost: Free, but you must identify yourself as HROCC at the front desk upon arrival.
What to bring: Your swim suit, goggles, cap if needed.
If you would like, bring your life vest as we will have drills with and without them.
Lockers are available, just bring your own lock.
We will try to accommodate those that want to use this as a conditioning program to those that want to feel more comfortable in the water.
Below is our basic structure and we will change this up as the month goes on.
5 -10 minute warm —up. Dry land and in the water
20-25 minute drills, swimming, kicking and pulling as appropriate, 15 minutes of treading water intervals
Press up's on the side of the pool (working on muscular strength to get from the water to inside the boat)
5 minute cool down.
